Barafast Terms & Conditions

The governing terms, responsibilities, and operational guidelines for using the barafast.com website and requesting delivery and logistics services.

Last Updated: September 25, 2026CR: 7030243799

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the barafast.com website and service requests with Barafast Parcel Delivery Establishment (Commercial Registration No. 7030243799, hereinafter referred to as «Barafast»). Please review them carefully prior to submitting any service request.

1. Scope of Services

Depending on the agreed package, Barafast provides product intake from suppliers or clients, warehousing and inventory control, order preparation and packaging, and transport and delivery within Riyadh city limits.

Quotations or service agreements establish the specific scope, coverage boundaries, operating hours, pricing, and special terms.

General website information serves informational purposes and does not independently constitute guaranteed acceptance of a shipment or a binding delivery commitment. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and a signed commercial agreement with an enterprise client, the signed agreement prevails to the extent permitted by mandatory statutory regulations.

2. Ordering and Acceptance

Service requestors must submit accurate and sufficient data regarding products and consignments, including quantities, descriptions of contents, weight or dimensions upon request, pickup and delivery addresses, and recipient contact information.

An order becomes confirmed once formally accepted by Barafast and the client is informed of service specifics and rates or pursuant to the executed agreement.

Barafast reserves the right to request supplementary information or refuse items that cannot be handled safely, violate regulations, or fall outside the operational scope.

3. Products and Packaging

The client bears full responsibility for the legality of goods, accuracy of their description, and obtaining all necessary permits and documentation where applicable.

Fragile items or items requiring specific handling, storage, or transport conditions must be disclosed in advance.

Legally prohibited, hazardous, perishable, or items requiring unauthorized specialized equipment will not be accepted without prior written agreement and satisfaction of operational standards. Quotations define the party responsible for packaging, its scope, and associated costs.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

Transport or storage of legally prohibited, combustible, or restricted items is strictly prohibited without explicit written authorization and regulatory permits.

4. Warehousing and Inventory Management

Where warehousing is contracted, quantities and apparent condition of items upon arrival are documented in operational intake records.

The agreement specifies storage duration, fees, space or volumetric calculation methods, stock release procedures, periodic audits, and protocols for handling discrepancies and uncollected merchandise.

Warehouses are not deemed suitable for goods requiring specialized environmental controls unless explicitly stipulated in writing.

5. Delivery and Returns

Delivery operations are executed within agreed geographic coverage zones in Riyadh. Estimated delivery timelines are stipulated in service quotes or upon order acceptance, and may be subject to adjustments due to inaccurate addresses, inability to reach recipients, or operational conditions beyond reasonable control, in which case the client is updated.

Proof of delivery may be documented via agreed digital mechanisms (such as e-POD).

In the event delivery cannot be achieved, retry attempts or return procedures and related fees are applied as outlined in the quote or contract following client notification.

6. Pricing and Payment

Service fees, applicable taxes (such as 15% VAT), and any anticipated supplementary charges are disclosed prior to order confirmation or detailed in commercial contracts.

No charges are levied for additional services that the client has not requested or authorized.

Invoices or contract terms establish payment schedules, accepted payment methods, and dispute procedures.

7. Damage, Loss, and Complaints

Clients or recipients must notify Barafast promptly upon detecting damage, shortage, or discrepancy in a shipment, providing the order number and supporting evidence.

The situation is audited against intake, warehousing, transport, and delivery records, with appropriate remedies determined according to facts, contractual terms, and governing laws.

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer or commercial protections that cannot be waived by law. Complaints are filed and processed pursuant to the published Complaints Policy.

8. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Users agree to use the website lawfully and refrain from transmitting misleading data, disrupting operations, or attempting unauthorized access to internal systems.

All content, trademarks, logos, and visual assets belong to their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without express authorization.

Links to third-party services are subject to their respective independent terms and policies.

9. Personal Data

Personal information necessary for website operations and service fulfillment is processed in accordance with our published Privacy Policy.

Stores transmitting sender and recipient data to Barafast must have made all necessary disclosures to data subjects in accordance with their statutory obligations.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

Website terms may be updated by publishing the revised terms along with the latest revision date. Modifications to active service terms or signed contracts are governed by bilateral mutual agreements and applicable statutory rules.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom.
